Since 2010, Bianchi-Giavotti has implemented a new department called grey area, developed in 3 steps and grown from the initial 6 machines to the current 16. This restructuring has allowed the company to increasingly establish itself in the sector of construction of molds for the pharmaceutical industry.
The presses currently in operation, mostly fully electric (from 110 to 210 tons), guarantee continuous production 7 days a week. The air-conditioned department is equipped with anthropomorphic and cartesian robots, which ensure precise and rapid handling of the finished product, guaranteeing greater cleanliness and overall quality.
Access to this area is regulated by strict staff dress and behavior procedures, providing a further guarantee of product quality. Furthermore, the automated press feeding system, centralized and external to the department, helps maintain constant order and cleanliness.
