We mainly deal with building
molds for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.
A distinctive feature is the high number of cavities even for complex pieces that require particular lateral movements and the maximum reduction in the weight of the inevitable sprues.

Our story
1960
Mario Bianchi and Ferruccio Giavotti founded Bi-Gi sas, where they began producing their own technical plastic articles for “Necchi Compressori,” where they had previously employed. Bi-Gi sas opened its first headquarters in Pavia, where it remained until 1968.
1968
The headquarters moved to San Martino Siccomario, just outside Pavia, and the company took on its current name: Bianchi-Giavotti spa.
1974
The headquarters is expanded with the construction of a second building. These are the years of maximum diffusion of molding for the aerosol market, and
Bianchi-Giavotti initiates initial contacts with aerosol pump and valve manufacturers.
1992
The corporate structure changes: the Giavotti family acquires the majority shareholding.
1997
Laura Giavotti takes over as President of the company, assisted by her father Ferruccio,
CEO of Bianchi-Giavotti.
1999
Start the construction of a new department, adjacent to the historic headquarters, with the aim of entering the pharmaceutical and medical market
2001
The new BG Pharma department is born, entirely dedicated to the molding of articles for the pharmaceutical-medical sector in a controlled and uncontaminated environment in a clean room (ISO 7).
2010
Creation of a new grey area department for the controlled-environment molding of items intended for the cosmetic-medical market.
2016
The Tooling department goes from one to two units: Mold Construction and Maintenance.
2023
Start the construction of a second clean room at the BG Pharma unit.
